Speaker Approval Form

The Parish Speaker Approval Form is available in PDF format for parish group leaders who wish to inform the pastor of outside speakers they would like to present to their membership and request his permission. The form may be accessed by clicking here.

Completed forms may be mailed or returned in person to the rectory office.
